I really didn’t know how to position myself on LinkedIn as it’s been a platform I’ve typically only used to read up from thought leaders a couple of times per week. Matt outlined a strategy for me to become more engaged with these same thought leaders all the while beginning to create my own lane talking through stories from my past and present to inspire others. This shift in my LinkedIn strategy led to amazing interaction with those in the same niches as me and I’ve seen a 4X improvement in connections where networking is gold. These new connections have inspired me to lean in harder on telling more about myself, thought process, and entrepreneurial experiences. I now approach LinkedIn as a collaborative learning platform and this is solely due to Matt and the way he flipped my mindset on how to become more involved here on LinkedIn. I’ve since introduced several other colleagues to Matt as they were looking for a profile optimization to coincide with their new resumes.
